You MUST have an RMA number before returning an item. Write the RMA number outside the box for identification. Please note: this is not our store location.
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:
Stocked Items will be accepted in return for a full refund including original outgoing freight charges for the following reasons: a) The item is defective (Defective closeout or discontinued items will be repaired by the manufacturers repair agent and are refundable only if they can not be repaired).
b) The item received is not the ordered item. c) The item differs in specifications from the item displayed on our website.
Freight will not be refunded in the following instance:
Refunds are NOT accepted from: International orders or CLOSEOUT SALE merchandise. All merchandise becomes closeout after January 20 of the given model year. Standard unworn and unblemished items will be accepted for exchange for size, color, and style reasons. Freight is not refundable on these exchanges; exchanges must arrive in advance of shipping the replacement item. Exchanges must be clearly marked with the RMA#. Any difference of cost will be charged or credited accordingly. You may exchange for any item or combination of items of equal or greater value as available at our web site. Return shipping $9.88 will be charged to you. Exchanges incur a 5% restocking fee; Returns incur a 15% restocking fee; No returns or exchanges on orders after January 20 since we can not resell these items.
STORE POLICY
All products displayed on our online store, are brand new factory products. Most products are shipped from our distributors directly to the customer to save time. Exceptions include SCOTT, KLIM, Arctiva, AFX and Mossi. These may take from one to 2 weeks to reach you. All attempts will be made to issue tracking numbers the day after an order is shipped. Due to variables beyond our control, the products contained in this website may appear slightly different in person as they do in the website.
PARTIAL ORDERS
If all of the items in your order are not available or are sold out, we will ship available items. Unavailability of an item does not constitute grounds for refusing the remainder of the order unless you call us and speak with a Customer service rep. advising us that partial shipments are not accepted.
CANCELLATIONS: Exchanges are NOT accepted for International orders or Closeout items, or Special order items.
CREDIT:
Store credit can be issued instead of refund or exchange at any time. Store credit will always be issued when the purchase was originally made with store credits.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Delivery times are made on a Best Efforts basis. We will do our best to deliver in accordance with your instructions. But delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellations. Expedited shipping is available once the item leaves the warehouse. Some items take longer to leave the warehouse that others.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Are accepted . No returns or Exchanges on these.
